Not sure what exactly your question is about but if you have a device running latest pixelbuilds build it is patched. If you're asking about stock rom - go nuts. You don't need to modify the offsets, you need to extract them and buld the exploit for the device you want to target

pixelbuilds has that patched for all devices, including sunfish and bramble

to clarify, 'patched' means you cannot exploit the kernel, neither you can pass the integrity on a custom rom with a locked bl, genius
