Please carefully read the following important information before selecting your department:
1.The quota for each department is fixed and approved. There is no possibility of increasing the approved intake or adding additional places. Therefore, please carefully consider the available quota when setting your department preferences.
2. Select all departments based on Priorities and Interests. Arrstarting with your most preferred department and proceeding in order of preference.
3. No Entrance Examination
There will be no entrance examination for any department. Department placement will based on the priority.
4.Students must complete and submit their department selections through the system(SIMS) within the specified period.
5.Students who fail to submit their department choices within the specified period will not be considered for department placement.
6.No appeal or complaint will be accepted from students who fail to submit their department selection through the system within the specified period.
7. Deadline for Department Selection
The system is currently open for department selection and will close on 08/01/2019 E.C. morning at 2:00 LT (8:00 A.M.).
Please make your choices carefully and ensure that you submit your selections before the deadline.
