🚀 We're Hiring: Python Developer (Middle+) — The Alpha Team, Tashkent
Working Schedule: 5/7, 10:00 – 19:00, on-site in Tashkent
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Django REST Framework and FastAPI
• WebSockets (connections, auth, event broadcasting)
• Strong PostgreSQL skills — indexing, transactions, query optimization
• Django ORM and SQLAlchemy experience
• DB schema design (normalization, keys, relationships)
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with high-load systems, N+1 prevention, caching, batching
• Async & concurrency (asyncio, multithreading, multiprocessing)
• Docker & Docker Swarm
• Geodata experience (coordinates, routing, distance calculation, PostGIS)
• Time-series data & event consistency
• CI/CD knowledge
• Queues / event streaming (Redis, Kafka, or similar)
